Brookside Methode Champenoise 2013
The 2013 Brookside Methode Champenoise was made from the classic champagne variety Chardonnay. The grapes were grown at Brookside Vineyard in the cool climate region of the Perth Hills, Western Australia, to produce a full flavoured wine with a crisp dry finish, ideal as an aperitif or with light food.

Brookside 'Beside the Brook' Chardonnay 2013
The 2013 Reserve Chardonnay was fermented entirely with wild yeast with lees stirring for three months. Being matured in French hogsheads for 10 months, the wine shows a complex palate of white peach, pear and crisp apple.
It will reward careful cellaring up to 10 years.

Brookside 'Two Kids and a Dog' Classic White 2014
The 2014 Classic White demonstrates the delicate fruit flavours of Chenin Blanc with the soft and generous fruit flavours of Verdelho. Displaying a bouquet of lifted green pear and tropical fruit, on the palate flavours of grapefruit, pineapple and crisp granny smith prevail.
Brookside 'Evelyn' Cabernet Rose 2014
Aromas of wild strawberry and plum are reflected on the palate of this lively cranberry coloured Cabernet Rose. A crisp mouth filling finish reflecting the excellent balance of fruit and acid, make this wine perfectly suited to our warm Western Australian days and nights.

Brookside 'Clay Ridge' Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon was hand harvested and matured in new French barrels for twelve months. It displays subtle earthy, dark berry fruit aromas and a dry structured palate interwoven with oak derived influences.

Brookside 'The Bookie' Petit Verdot 2013
The 2013 Petit Verdot made use of small open fermenters to extract optimal colour and flavour during fermentation before maturation in French and American hogshead barrels for fourteen months. To retain freshness and varietal integrity, minimal fining and filtration was undertaken before bottling. The nose displays lifted dark fruits whilst the full bodied palate exhibits rich briar, dark cherry and mocha flavours with the grippy drying tannins the variety is so renown for.
